Delivery Information

We provide worldwide shipping through Royal Mail and DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Royal Mail Delivery Estimates:

  • UK: 1–3 working days

  • USA: 5–7 working days

  • Europe: 6–7 working days

  • Rest of World: Up to 11 working days

DHL Delivery Estimates:

  • UK: Next working day

  • USA: 1–3 working days

  • Europe: 1–6 working days

  • Rest of World: Up to 9 working days

Customs & Import Fees

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom, which may result in additional customs charges upon delivery depending on your location.

  • USA: Orders over $800 USD may incur import taxes. Please check with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection for details.

  • Australia: Orders over $1000 AUD may be subject to import duties. This can vary based on the value of your parcel, so we recommend checking with the Department of Home Affairs.

  • EU: All orders are subject to VAT based on the recipient country’s current rate. VAT charges will be collected upon delivery. 

Refusing to Pay Customs Fees

If customs fees are refused and the package is returned to SPLX, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you're unsure about potential customs charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns. To begin the process, please contact us at support@suplexapparel.com. All returned items must be in resellable condition. If items are not in acceptable condition, no refund or replacement will be issued.

If your item is not faulty and you’re requesting a size exchange or a refund, return shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Royal Mail

Once your order is shipped, SPLX will email you a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment using the provided tracking link.

DHL

DHL will email you a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You’ll also receive a text message confirming your parcel is on the way. Tracking can be done via the DHL website.
